The dollar amount I chose is 1.25. The variable for 1.25 is called total, and then all variables for the coins are just their respective names. Penny is 0.01, nickel is 0.05, dime is 0.10, and quarter is 0.25. I came up with 4 different ways to get 1.25. I will show the answer first, then directly underneath will be the equation I used. For some reason whenever I try to multiply dime and nickel past 6 or so it will do something like this:0.6000000000000001. To solve that I have to add dimes being multiplied instead of having it all multiplied at once. Ex: I have to add dime*5 and dime*5 to get 1.00 instead of dime*10.
